Where can I get a registered version of the software
or how can I register the software using the website
provided?
If you have installed our trial version, you do
not need to download anything else. To register
the software you have to click at 'Buy Now' button
on the main toolbar (the first window you see when
you start your downloaded trial version). You will
see a registration box. Please enter the unlock
key which you have received from us.
My full version has switched back into an unregistered
version.
Uninstall your current version once again. Make
sure that the directory has been fully deleted.
Now please download the latest version once again
from our download center.
I entered my registration key but the program title
bar still says 'Unregistered'.
The 'Unregistered' message is normal for the free
trial key version. This message is only removed
by entering the full version key you are sent when
you purchase the program. Sometimes, however, a
registry error occurs when you enter the free trial
key and the Enter Reg Key item in the Internet menu
is greyed out so that you cannot enter your full
version key. If this happens please
send us an
e-mail to FoxCDBurner support and we will help
you solve the problem.
I didn't receive a registration key or I received
the wrong type of registration key.
This is usually caused by entering the wrong e-mail
address or making a typing error when you enter
your e-mail address with your order. Please

we can send you your key for your copy of FoxCDBurner

A. The order ID/number;
B. The e-mail address for delivery.
C. The name of the online store where you bought
your copy of your FoxCDBurner product.

version?
A Trial Version is available for all of our products
